Ronda Cross began her Real Estate career as a receptionist while a college student in 1986. After earning her B.S. in Business Administration, she has worked her way up to receiving her license in 1990. Because of her varied experience, she is well-versed and up-to-date in the all aspects of the Real Estate business.
"Obtaining the right home loan can be a very intimidating experience," notes Ronda, "that's why I work closely with my clients. It's very important to me to arrange an initial one-on-one, face to face meeting, and then stay in regular correspondence with each of my clients." Ronda maintains a very flexible schedule and works virtually every weekend to guarantee her client maximum access to her expertise.
Ronda is known for her excellent service in the rapidly growing area of the Inland Empire. She has worked extensively with first-time home buyers, individuals who require a low down payment, and those who might be unsure of their ability to purchase a home. Ronda also is well-informed about competitive pricing and a vast menu of loan programs to assist her more-savvy move-up buyers.

Sheri DeRoseSheri knows the complete mortgage process from start to finish. She began her career in the Real Estate field in 1987 and was recruited to wholesale lending in 1990. Early on she spent several years behind a desk processing. The years in this position have given her an extensive outlook of behind the scenes of a mortgage transaction which allows her to fully prepare her clients for anything that might come up. Because of this early education, she is happy to say that she is a "hands-on" originator.
Since those early years, Sheri was recruited by two major retail banks where she worked for several years. She realized early on that with the volatility that takes place in the marketplace her clients needed an array of options and competitive terms and rates to choose from which the retail side could not deliver.
